Inverness City WiFi Up and Running

A pilot for a city-wide Inverness WiFi scheme has been implemented in the city centre. This pilot project covers the Victorian Market and the surrounding streets - Union Street, Church Street, Queensgate and Academy Street, as well as Falcon Square.

This open WiFi network is free for all users, with no restrictions on time, with fast internet coverage provided for residents and visitors who wish to log on while on the go.

A full programme which will roll out public WiFi to the city as a whole will begin early-to-mid 2017.
